By engaging Glow Cloud Solutions ("we", "us", "the Company"), or by using this website, you agree to these terms. They form the agreement between us in relation to your use of the site and, alongside any proposal or statement of work, the services we provide.
Our services
We provide boutique cloud architecture and managed services across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Intune and Azure, together with the Glow Cloud Kit web parts and a free Microsoft 365 health-check. Our services are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
The free health-check
The health-check is a free, read-only assessment offered for information only. Any scan is carried out under a scope agreed in writing before access is granted, using a temporary read-only role that you control and can revoke. The report reflects your configuration at the time of the scan and is not a warranty that your environment is secure. Remediation and project work are provided separately under a statement of work.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to provide the services, to grant the access agreed for an engagement, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to cooperate with us in matters relating to the work.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the proposal or statement of work for each engagement. Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule, and late payments may be subject to interest.
Intellectual property
We retain the intellectual property rights in the deliverables, designs, code and documentation produced during an engagement, and in our products including Glow Cloud Kit. On full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential the information exchanged during an engagement, except information that is, or becomes, public through no fault of the receiving party.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the total amount you have paid us for those services.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice if the other materially breaches these terms. On termination, you will pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change implies acceptance of the updated terms.
