What we believe
Most Microsoft 365 work falls into one of two traps: a dull intranet that gains no adoption or quietly leaks data, or a tenant locked down so hard nobody wants to use it. We refuse the trade-off. The same craft that designs enterprise SharePoint intranets, builds the automation behind them, runs the migrations and secures the endpoints with Intune is the craft that keeps the whole tenant safe - so the building and the securing come from one team, not stitched together across vendors.

Glow Cloud is principal-led by design. Mark designs the intranets, writes the automation, hardens the Intune estates and built the read-only audit engine behind the governance tiers, so the person you scope with is the person who delivers, and the one who answers for it afterwards. Where a job genuinely needs another pair of hands, he draws on a small circle of trusted specialists held to the same bar, rather than padding it out with juniors or handing it to someone you never met. The work stays senior because the standard for who touches it is high.
